To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you Location & directions Hi lovely, and welcome to Seventh Light Wellness – Candle Lit Cabin. Address: 27 The Avenue, Caldicot, NP26 4AB We’re located at the bottom left of the main grass square on The Avenue. Parking Please park in the gravel area on the right-hand side near the wall, one car in front of another. If possible, please leave space on the left side of the area for our accommodation guests. Arrival & meeting you Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment so I have time to prepare the space. I’ll meet you at the side gate 5–10 minutes before the start of your session. Sessions will begin on time where possible. If you’re running late, please let me know in advance. For classes, if you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will already have started. What to bring Please bring a bottle of water to your Reiki or Sound Bath session, as it’s common to feel a little thirsty afterwards. For Sound Bath sessions Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you relax—blanket, pillow/neck pillow, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported.
